License-key delivery
When a complimentary license is offered, the license key is sent to the email address provided, normally within approximately five minutes after a valid request. No purchase is required to receive a complimentary key, and viewing, declining or ignoring an optional paid offer will not delay its delivery. Purchased license keys are ordinarily displayed after a successful purchase and also sent by email. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by email filtering, service availability or the need to verify request or payment information. If a key does not arrive, use the resend option when available or contact Support.
Prices, subscriptions and renewals
Standard monthly offers start from $19.97 per month. Prices and billing intervals may vary by product, promotion, eligibility and purchase date. Offers may include monthly billing or a monthly equivalent billed in advance for a multi-month term. The offer and checkout page will disclose the exact amount charged at checkout, billing frequency, subscription duration, renewal price and timing, and any introductory or promotional conditions before you submit payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. You are responsible for reviewing the order summary and providing current billing and contact information.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time by using your online account, calling the published customer-support telephone number, or asking a live chat agent. Cancellation takes effect for future renewals and does not by itself refund a charge already completed. Access ordinarily continues through the paid subscription period unless the applicable offer, refund decision or law provides otherwise.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, the offer shown at checkout, payment-provider rules and applicable consumer law. To request help with a purchase, renewal or cancellation, contact Support promptly with the order email and order or invoice number.
