End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to software made available through Advanced PC Repairs. Installing or using covered software means you agree to the applicable license terms.
License grant
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the software on compatible devices for authorized purposes.
Free scans and complimentary repair
You may run unlimited free scans. Where offered, you may request a complimentary license by email that enables one complete repair. The complimentary key is normally emailed within approximately five minutes after a valid request. No purchase is required, and any optional paid offer does not delay or affect delivery of the complimentary key. Continued automated repairs, cleaning or optimization may require a paid subscription.
Purchased and emailed license keys
After a successful paid purchase, the applicable license key is ordinarily displayed on the confirmation page and also sent to the purchaser's email address. License delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by email filtering, service availability or verification requirements. If a complimentary or purchased key does not arrive, use the available resend option or contact Support.
Offers, billing and cancellation
Standard monthly offers start from $19.97 per month. Available plans, prices and billing intervals may vary. The offer and checkout page will disclose the exact amount charged, billing frequency, subscription term, renewal price and timing, and any introductory conditions before payment is submitted. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. A monthly equivalent for a quarterly or other multi-month plan does not mean the account is charged monthly; the full disclosed multi-month amount is charged at the stated interval. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your online account, by telephone, or by live chat. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed charge.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, redistribute license keys, rent or resell the software, or use it for unlawful activity except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Updates and availability
The software may receive updates, security changes and feature revisions. Internet access may be required for activation, licensing, updates or certain services.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Advanced Systems Repair, LLC and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights not expressly granted to you.
Product data and privacy
Activation, licensing, update, security and diagnostic functions may transmit limited device, product, license and usage information. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed.
Third-party components
The software may include or interoperate with third-party components or services governed by separate notices or license terms. Those terms apply to the applicable component or service.
Warranty disclaimer
Software cannot repair failed hardware or guarantee resolution of every Windows condition. Back up important data before repairs. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Systems Repair, LLC and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or use, arising from the software. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
This license ends if you materially violate its terms. Upon termination, stop using and uninstall the software. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability and other terms intended to survive remain effective.
Applicable law, changes and contact
Applicable law governs this agreement without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these terms for future software versions or when law or services change. Questions may be submitted through Support.
