Uninstall Instructions
Use the standard Windows uninstall process to remove the application. Restart Windows afterward if prompted.
Windows 11
Open Start → Settings → Apps → Installed apps. Find the application, select the three-dot menu, choose Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows 10
Open Start → Settings → Apps → Apps & features. Select the application, choose Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions.
Control Panel method
Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl and press Enter. Select the application in Programs and Features, choose Uninstall, and complete the prompts.
If uninstall does not complete
Close the application, restart Windows and try again from an administrator account. If the program is still listed or an error appears, note the exact message and contact Support.
Subscription reminder
Uninstalling software does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Manage renewal separately through the account portal or contact Support for billing assistance.
